​JIM LEWALLEN

Jim Lewallen was born and raised in . After a very fulfilling 20 + year career with the Phoenix Police Department as a Detective in the Bias / Hate Crimes Unit. He was fortunate enough to serve the community in various areas for the Phoenix Police Department as a Field Training Officer, Walking Beat Officer in the housing projects, Under Cover Details, Background Investigations, Recruit Training Officer, Detective in various details and as an Instructor and Training Officer at the Police Academy in Firearms, Self Defense Tactics, Defensive Driving and Instructor of various classes at the Phoenix Police Academy. Jim decided to retire in order to spend more time with his children, pursue a career in Real Estate and travel.  After several years of working for another Real Estate Company and having established an amazing team of Realtors known as The Lewallen Residential  Group, Jim founded Capri Realty in order start a quality boutique Real Estate Firm with a sense comradery and family like environment.  Capri Realty is comprised of small number of hard working Realtors who come from all walks of life.

The importance of giving back to the community has always been important to Jim & those who work at Capri, as they are involved with a number of organizations here in the valley. From volunteering as a baseball coach at Central High School, serving on on various community boards and volunteering their time with Big Brothers Big Sister Organization, Central Arizona Shelter Services, Feed My Starving Children, Habitat for Humanities and many more.
